STEP ONE: BROWSE
Browse our entire collection! All our inventory is listed on our website. Narrow down your search by type of event/ occasion, colour, designer, or size!
STEP TWO: TRY
In the Toronto Area? Great! Pop by anytime to try on dresses! We are open for walk-in fittings 7 days a week, and our knowledgeable stylists are on hand and happy to help find the perfect dress!
NOT IN TORONTO?
Still looking for stylist assistance? No problem! Book a virtual fitting with us where we can walk you through your options and answer any questions you may have over Facetime or Zoom!
STEP THREE: BOOK
Found the one? Awesome! You can reserve it for your event date (either online, in person, or over the phone!) Select your size, date, and rental duration when adding to cart, then choose between our two way shipping or pick-up options at checkout!
RENTAL BREAKDOWN
Your rental period begins the day you select to receive your dress. You do not need to account for shipping time in your 4 or 8 day rental. For example if your event is on Thursday July 10th, you would select Wednesday July 9th in our booking calendar. Your dress would then arrive to you on or before Wednesday July 9th, and you would need to drop it back in the mail to us by Saturday July 12th!
STEP FOUR: ROCK YOUR RENTAL
The day has officially come, it's time to wear your gorgeous dress rental to your fabulous event! Be prepared to receive all the compliments and feel so confident rocking the sustainable choice!
STEP FIVE: RETURN (SHIPPING)
You can't keep the dress, unfortunately, and we do need it back on schedule in order to get it ready for its next rental. Luckily returning is super easy! Your items will come with a pre-paid, pre-addressed Canada Post or FEDEX label. Simply follow the return instructions included with your items to return your rental to the indicated carrier on the last day of your rental term.
STEP FIVE: RETURN (DROPBOX)
You can also choose to drop your rental off to us in person at the studio, in our 24-hour drop box on the west-facing side of our building, even if we are not open.
And no, you do not need to dry clean the dress - we take care of all dry cleaning in-house so all you have to do is wear it and send it back!
