All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Rental Product Availability
While we make every attempt to accurately represent product availability in real time on the site, rental availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable while your order is being processed, we will notify you of this by sending you an email.

Product Info
All products shown on the site are also available at our studio location at 225 Sterling Road, Unit 20 in Toronto. All prices are shown on the site in Canadian Dollars.  Keep in mind that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor.   We will not be offering refunds or store credits due to colour misinterpretation. If you have any questions about product specifications please email us prior to ordering at rentmagic@fitzroyrentals.com

 

Cancellations

The Fitzroy accepts order cancellations for store-credit only. Credit does not expire and may be used to wards any future rental. 

Pricing and Payment  

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars, and we do not ship outside of Canada. 

All of the products listed on The Fitzroy are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the rare occurrence that a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to change the prices on the website at any time without any prior notice and to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing within the site FitzroyRentals.com

The Fitzroy accepts Debit, Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. 

Sales Tax & Duties 

All orders will have 13% HST added, as The Fitzroy is an Ontario based company.
