I have never had a more kind and attentive shopping experience than I had at The Fitzroy. All staff were so helpful! I went with my two cousins for bridesmaids dress shopping and as I am a thicc bae, it can be hard to find a flattering size but here they always had a bigger size and staff made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! I would say body positivity was a natural vibe here and I didn't want to leave or stop trying on dresses even though we found the perfect dress right away!
